Shipping Partner
Your order will usually be shiped by Jeebly Now but we may use another third party delivery company from time to time.
General info
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order or offer you a suitable alternative.
Delivery Location
Items offered on the website are available for delivery to addresses in the UAE but some zones are too remote and we therefore have to provide an alternative delivery option. Contact info@abilityshop.ae if your location is outside the delivery zones so we can arrange an alternative solution.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 24-72 hours.
Delivery Times
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Orders placed by 12pm can usually be delivered the next day or within 48 hours in Dubai but can take 2-3 working days. Please note that deliveries are scheduled (Monday to Friday). Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. During sale or promotional periods delivery may take a little bit longer.
Tracking your items is possible via the airway bill provided by the courier and/or Ability Shop. The courier may contact you to confirm the delivery address as per their usual protocol in the UAE.
International Shipping
Ability Shop only accepts orders from within the United Arab Emirates.
Customer Collection:
This is also an option to select at checkout for you to come directly to our office to pick up your order. You will be contacted when it is ready and the collection time frame is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm once you've been notified that it is ready.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order (furniture items) and the emirate you live in. To find out how much your order will cost (please refer to guide below) and once you add the items you would like to purchase into your cart, and proceed to the checkout page the shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Occasionally we offer FREE shipping on all orders so please refer to the Announcement bar at the top of the website page to see if this offer is applicable at the time of your order.
Within Dubai, Sharjah:
All orders = 50 dhs shipping cost
Rest of the UAE:
All orders = 150 dhs shipping cost
Damage
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@abilityshop.ae
